This hotel is superb! the luxurious amenities exceeded my expectations. the spa center was amazing, with a sauna, steam room, and outdoor swimming pool. I enjoyed a relaxing massage and body scrub. the treatment room was lovely and adorned with beautiful decorations. the restaurant is exquisite; the food was absolutely delicious. I enjoyed an in-room breakfast with breathtaking views of the surroundings. the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, taking excellent care of me during my stay. the location is great!
The only minor issue that I encountered was that the make-up services were not available due to staffing shortages.

The location was perfect, close to both the beach and public transportation. I was impressed by the attentive and friendly service of the waitstaff at the Seasons restaurant. I had a great experience at Pullman.

We loved this hotel! The staff was super friendly, cute, and attentive, creating a beautiful experience for us. The hotel facilities were amazing, with a huge gym, rooftop pool and jacuzzi, and a lovely outdoor bar and Shisha lounge. The location was perfect, just a minute walk from the metro station and a 40-minute walk away from JBR. We were able to explore this city with ease and convenience. the cleanliness was great, and the hotel offered complementary sweets and a handwritten personalized card upon arrival.

The Database Room had a great view and was located near the metro station. The breakfast was decent but could be improved. The pool on the top floor was nice, although the views were not spectacular. The exec suites were a good value, with access to the exec lounge and friendly staff.
Felt cosy, no complaints whatsoever.

This hotel is located in a fantastic area and is perfect for business and leisure alike. The breakfast served is delicious and the service is exceptional. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a gorgeous view of the surroundings. The hotel also offers laundry service, making it even more convenient for guests.
